What you receive
Every completed assessment produces a dated board pack PDF delivered through your own portal, plus an evidence register available on request.
The board pack
A dated, versioned PDF. It carries the governance posture at board altitude, the material risks a board should understand, every failed control, what the evidence covered, and the recommended actions.
It reaches you through your own GovIntel portal. The email you receive carries a link to that portal, never an attachment and never a link to the document itself.

The evidence register
Every successful assessment also produces GovIntel_Evidence_Register.csv — one row per failed control, carrying the control identifier, its title, severity, service, the failing resource identifiers and regions, the governance implication and a closure test.
It is a derived, customer-safe file. It deliberately contains no raw scanner record, no scanner remediation text and no cost telemetry.
What you do not receive
- No raw evidence set. It is retained internally for one day and is never delivered.
- No access to GovIntel's own systems or repositories.
- No compliance certificate, attestation or auditor opinion.
