Board Pack
The customer portal
Where your board pack lives, what it shows about the assessment, and why it needs no account, password or standing login.
No account, no password
GovIntel customers have no login and never will. The portal is reached by a personal link, which is exchanged for a short session held only for that sitting.
There is nothing to remember, nothing to reset, and no credential of yours stored anywhere.
Two different links
| Link | Lifetime | Use |
|---|---|---|
| The onboarding link | Single-use, valid for days | Exchanged exactly once, to connect your AWS account |
| The portal return link | Reusable until it expires | Coming back to collect or re-download your pack |
The onboarding link is single-use because it authorizes a change. The return link is reusable because a document you have paid for should not become unreachable after one click.
Both are stored by GovIntel only as a hash. The moment a link is issued is the only moment the secret exists.
What the portal shows
- Where your assessment is, in one plain sentence
- Your board pack, when there is one, with the date it remains available until
- What to do next, if anything is waiting on you
What it does not show
Anything commercial, anything about another engagement, and anything operational. The response is built from an allow-list of fields rather than by redacting a fuller record, so a field cannot leak by being forgotten.
A portal session cannot name an engagement, edit any field, reach a connected state, or start an assessment.
Download and keep your own copy
Packs are retained for a limited period and the portal shows the date. Your licence to the pack does not depend on GovIntel keeping a copy of it.
