What is not stated, and why
GovIntel publishes no response time, delivery window or service level. There is no service level in the Terms of Service, and nothing in the product measures the interval between an enquiry and a reply. A turnaround figure would be a promise nobody could keep on purpose or notice breaking.
The two stages that depend on you, creating the stack and returning to verify, have no GovIntel-side duration at all.
