Reassessment
Running the assessment again on the same account, and the bounded window within which a comparison against the previous result is possible.
What it is
A subsequent assessment of an account already assessed, producing a pack that states both the current position and what moved.
How GovIntel applies it
The previous snapshot is fetched and passed to the engine. Movement is computed from the two stored measurements, and gated where the two are not comparable.
Access is re-established by updating the existing stack with a new expiry, not by creating a second one. There is one role per account, always.
The window
The snapshot is retained for 90 days by default. Beyond that, no predecessor is found and the pack correctly renders as a first assessment. Nothing is fabricated.
What it does not mean
A reassessment is not continuous monitoring. It is another point in time, and the gap between the two is whatever it is.
